Check-in ahead of time

You will receive a link via text and/or email ahead of your appointment to complete your paperwork and submit your insurance information.

Receive Link to Virtual Waiting Room

On the day of your appointment:

1. Expect to receive a call from a medical assistant to gather some preliminary information
2. You will then receive a link via text/email that contains information and a consent for your upcoming telemedicine visit
3. A computer/device with a camera/microphone capability is required
4. Allow your browser to use your webcam and microphone
